Remember when some fun-loving soldiers on duty in the Middle East spent some time giving some lip-sync lovin' to Lady Gaga's "Telephone?" Well, from "somewhere deep in the heart of Afghanistan," another, larger, more creative group of our good men (and women!!!) in arms is back...and this time, they've gone Britney.
There is so much to love about this video: everyone involved (and it's a motley crew...rather easy on the eyes throughout!) has a blast, and it's a blast to watch, from the sassy Hispanic soldier bringing the spice in the opening shots to the "don't fuck with me" sister who feels her boobs under those combat camouflage as she gets a little hay-zaiiee, to the undulating black cadet slithering effortlessly across the dubstep breakdown. Britney herself, class act that she is, was one of the first to post the video and some words of support: "I am in LOVE with this... I always knew our soldiers were fierce! Thanks for everything you guys do..."
These are the folks who are out there fighting these ridiculous wars started by members of a party too wrapped up in keeping gays from getting married and making sure the rich don't pay taxes and brown people don't go to Arizona to bring them the hell back home where they belong. If I go political now, you can hold it against me all you want. I don't want these beautiful, patriotic, brave, amazing Britney-loving Americans out there in that desert one minute longer than they need to be. Bring them home!!!
